2013-2014 New Student Online Registration will be available in August 2013

Information for 2013-2014 Returning Students Registration
In August you will receive an e-mail from the district that will give instructions on how to enroll in our online registration program, Registration Gateway which is a new registration program for new and returning students is being implemented this year. Once enrolled, you will be able to update your information online and complete the online forms that are required each year.

Aspen School District registration days for all grades will be August 15^th and 16^th. On the registration days you will need to come to the school, show two pieces of proof of residence, pay school fees and for all 6^th grade students bring in updated immunization records. We ask that you complete the online registration before coming to school. If you do not have access to a computer we will have computers available for you to do this on the registration days.

Proof of Residency
Proof of Residency FROM ALL STUDENTS is required ANNUALLY by ASD at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment. Proof of Residency includes the following:·  Mortgage Statement or a Notarized Lease Agreement (Lease agreements must be through the entire school year.) AND· Most recent Utility Bill (ex. Water, Cable, Gas, Electric).The above proof must be current and contain the physical address in the name of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Both pieces of documentation can be requested by ASD at any time to verify residency.

6th Grade Immunizations
All 6^th students are required to have a TDaP vaccine before they register for school next year. Please make an appointment with Community Health Services or your family physician as soon as possible. Bring an updated copy of your immunization record or a State of Colorado exemption form  on registration day.
