We ask that you please complete the on-line registration BEFORE coming to our check-in days. If you do not have access to a computer we will have computers available for you to do this on the dates listed below.
Aspen Middle School’s check-in days will be held
from 9:00am-3:00pm on the following days:
Tuesday, August 12th for student entering grade 5,
Wednesday, August 13th for students entering grade 6,
and Thursday, August 14th for students entering grades 7 & 8
You are welcome to MAIL, FAX or even STOP BY to submit your
PROOF of RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS, IMMUNIZATION RECORD or PAYMENT FOR SCHOOL FEES ($80) prior to our check-in days.

6th graders are required by the state of Colorado to have a TDaP vaccine booster. All incoming 6th graders must present an up to date immunization record (or a signed exemption) before they will be allowed to register. Please plan ahead by making an appointment with community Health Services or your health care provider as soon as possible. Thank you, ASD Health Office
*Each student is required to submit a permission form along with the appropriate fee and a sports physical form (signed by a doctor) BEFORE they are allowed to participate.
